500/1000lb Club

We’re sponsoring a lifting competition featuring deadlift, squat, and bench press. Lift a combined 500lbs (females) or 1000lbs (males or females) and receive a 1000lb patch! To become a “member” of the club, one must perform one repetition of a squat, bench press, and deadlift. After all 3 lifts are successfully completed, the pounds of weight lifted are combined for the grand total. To be a member of the 500 lbs club (females only), the total weight lifted must be 500 lbs or greater. To be a member of the 1000 lb club (male or female), the total weight lifted must be 1000 lbs or greater. All members of the club will receive a 500/1000lbs patch and the top 10 names will be listed on the fitness board. Cost is free but does require registration.
